VMSTools Pro is opening to a limited number of organizations at a time. Tell us a little about your XProtect environment and what you’d like to fix.

What early access includes

  • The VMSTools Pro platform: health monitoring, license and Care Plus tracking, health check reports, audit log intelligence, remote tools and diagnostics
  • Nothing to pay during early access
  • Direct access to the founder, and a real say in what gets built next

What we ask in return: occasional, candid feedback about what works, what doesn’t, and what you wish it did.

What happens next

  1. Step 1: You'll get a confirmation email

    Right away, with an estimate of when you'll hear from us. Applying doesn't create an account.

  2. Step 2: We review your application

    Personally, roughly in the order applications arrive. We approve about a dozen organizations a week.

  3. Step 3: If you're approved, set your password

    We'll email you a link to set your password and get started. Install the agent, and your dashboard fills in within minutes.

Why is access limited?

So every new organization gets real attention while the product grows. We'd rather onboard a dozen teams well than a hundred badly.

How long will it take?

Your confirmation email includes an estimate based on how many applications are ahead of yours. If you're approved, we'll email you a link to set your password.

Is early access free?

Yes. There's nothing to pay for during early access. See pricing

I'm an integrator. Should I apply for each customer?

Apply for your own organization. Once you're approved, each customer can have their own account and grant you access, and you switch between them from one login. If you host everything yourself, one account can also hold all of your Management Servers.

Which XProtect versions are supported?

We recommend XProtect 2022 R3 or newer. On older versions, some tools may not be available. Tell us your version in the form and we'll let you know.
